Can I improve enlarged pores and get glowing skin?

These days, my pores are noticeably enlarged, and my skin looks dirty, which is very stressful.

I'm wondering if improving pore size would also improve the appearance of glowing skin.
I'm considering pore management treatments because home care alone has its limits, but I'd like to know if I can expect the same results.
