Is the pain from InMode for sagging skin tolerable?

Every time I look in the mirror, I feel my cheeks and double chin sagging, so I am considering booking an InMode appointment.

I am actually well aware of its effectiveness because it is so famous, but since I am a very timid person, my biggest concern is how much pain occurs during the InMode procedure. I am wondering if it is bearable if I apply numbing cream, or if I need to consider general anesthesia.

I am hesitating before paying for InMode because I remember having a very painful experience with a different lifting procedure in the past. I would also like to know in advance how many days bruising or swelling lasts after the procedure. As a working professional, I have to go to work the very next day, so if the swelling is mild enough to be covered with makeup, I would like to book an appointment right away.
