Vitaran vs. Exosomes: Which is more effective for internal dryness?

As far as I know, Vitaran is made of salmon DNA, so it's good for skin regeneration and strengthening the skin barrier, and exosomes are stem cell culture fluid, so I understand they are effective for reducing inflammation and tightening pores.

I don't have acne right now, but I'm worried because my skin feels extremely dry from within and the texture has become rough. Theoretically, Vitaran seems like the right choice, but has anyone tried both treatments at Maypure? I'd also like to hear the director's opinion on which one would show more immediate results for my condition.
