Water-glow injection duration

I have dry skin, so I'm curious about water glow injections. How long do the effects usually last? I like the glowing look, but I'm hesitant because I've heard the results don't last long. I also bruise easily, so I'm wondering if the results will be noticeable, and I'd like to know if I can wear makeup after a few days.
