Is Livicok suitable for those with internal dryness concerns?

I am leaving a comment regarding the internal dryness of Livicok. My skin is oily on the surface, but my cheeks and the corners of my mouth feel incredibly tight right after washing my face. So, if I apply too much skincare, it feels stuffy, but if I apply too little, it dries out quickly, so I really can't find the middle ground.

Lately, even when I apply cushion foundation, it feels like it sits heavily on top of my skin, and as time passes, the sides of my nose and around my mouth start to look messy and cakey, which is causing me quite a bit of stress. I looked it up and saw that Livicok is frequently mentioned for its skin condition and hydration, so I am wondering if it is worth getting a consultation from someone like me who is concerned about inner dryness.

Rather than an overly excessive procedure, I think I would be satisfied if my skin just looked a little less dry and makeup applied better. I would also like to know if this is suitable for sensitive skin.
