Is it okay to get a consultation regarding my skin texture concerns at Livicok?

I am writing to Livicok regarding concerns about my skin texture. From a distance, my skin doesn't look like there are any major issues, but up close, the texture isn't smooth and feels a bit bumpy.

Especially under lighting, my face doesn't look smooth, so it actually bothers me a bit. At first, I thought it was just a dead skin cell issue, so I even tried using peeling products, but they just caused irritation, and I don't really see any significant difference.

So, while searching for skin boosters lately, I came across Livicoc. Is Livicoc known for focusing heavily on skin texture and hydration? I am a bit concerned about my pores, and my biggest worry is that my skin doesn't look clean when I apply makeup. I am wondering if it would be okay to get a consultation with Livicoc in this case.
