Is Vitaran high purity?

My complexion looks dull... Plus, it's bothering me because it seems like fine lines are forming. Vitaran seems to be quite popular these days; it's high-purity. I'm tempted because I heard that since Vitaran is an ingredient extracted from salmon, it helps with skin regeneration and is good for resolving inner dryness.

I am wondering if the procedure causes significant redness or leaves bumpy marks that are very noticeable to others. Can I apply makeup the very next day? If so, can the marks be naturally covered? I would also like to know how many days it usually takes for the skin surface to clear up. Additionally, please recommend how many repeat sessions are generally recommended to improve fine lines around the eyes and overall skin texture.
