Would Celle Diem be suitable for my concerns regarding inner dryness and fine lines?

I'm wondering if Celle Diem is suitable for my concerns regarding inner dryness and fine lines.

I don't have deep wrinkles yet, but I can see fine lines under my eyes and around my mouth, and they become more noticeable the drier my skin gets. My face feels especially tight after washing it, and when I apply makeup, it feels like the base settles into these fine lines, so it upsets me because I feel like I look older.

So I tried switching my moisturizer or ampoule, but it only felt good temporarily, and I didn't really feel like my skin was getting fundamentally more comfortable. Would it be worth consulting with Celle Diem for these concerns regarding inner dryness and fine lines?

I think Celle Diem would be a good fit for me if it helps with deep hydration and skin texture. Also, I was wondering if I can consult about thin areas like around the eyes and mouth when getting Celle Diem. I feel hesitant about overly aggressive procedures, so I would prefer something that makes my skin look naturally less dry.
