I have extremely dry skin, is it true that the reviews for Livicol are good? lol

Maybe it's because the office is blasting the air conditioning now that the weather is getting hotter, but it feels like all the moisture deep inside my skin has completely dried up ㅠㅠ When I wash my face, it feels like it's going to crack, and when I put on makeup, the dead skin cells around my nose all flake off, making me look really messy lol. Even slathering on moisturizer doesn't help, so I'm looking into skin boosters that claim to really tackle inner dryness... Livicol So many people recommend it!
