Is it effective to use toning and Liviheal together?

Hello. I am a member considering purchasing a laser toning package at Maypure, as my skin has recently been deteriorating rapidly. During my consultation, I was told that combining the toning treatment with the Livy Heal care program afterward creates great synergy. Since I am concerned about melasma and blemishes, but also have a somewhat weak skin barrier, I am wondering if receiving Livy Heal care after the laser treatment actually helps significantly with the regeneration of irritated skin. Would it be more effective to package the Livy Heal line together with toning, rather than receiving toning alone, in terms of improving overall complexion or shortening the treatment cycle? I would appreciate your honest and professional opinion on this matter.
