I'm looking into Elavie Rituo because of wrinkles around my mouth. Is it effective?

My mother told me that wrinkles formed when smiling are good for physiognomy, so even though it has been a complex for me since childhood, I just let it slide. However, as I get older, they have become too prominent to simply dismiss as good-looking wrinkles, so I am writing to inquire about getting a procedure. I think I started developing wrinkles around my mouth from a young age because I smile brightly and my skin is naturally thin.

I heard that Elavie Rituo is a treatment more effective for thin skin because it is formulated with elements that make up our dermis layer. Is that true? If so, I am curious if it shows good improvement for someone like me, who has thin skin and has had wrinkles around the mouth for a long time. The reason I looked into Elavie Rituo instead of other lifting procedures is that I want to improve wrinkles naturally and make my skin, which has been thinning and losing elasticity, firm and supple. If anyone has actually received this treatment, I would appreciate a review to see if Elavie Rituo delivers satisfactory results for my needs. Please share how much improvement you saw in the wrinkles around the mouth and how much elasticity and firmness it provided to thin skin.
I would also like to ask if Elavie Rituo causes a lot of bruising. If needle marks or bruising occur, I plan to take a day off work over the weekend to get the procedure done.
