Has anyone seen results with Potenza for small pimples and red marks?

Lately, I keep getting tiny, bumpy acne around my chin and cheeks that won't pop, and it's driving me crazy because the spots I squeeze leave bright red marks. It seems like extractions and anti-inflammatory injections have reached their limit, so I'm looking into the Potenza laser.
