My melasma and blemishes keep reappearing even after several treatments, so I would like to know the effectiveness and duration of the results of Pico Toning once again.
I have a lot of freckles and blemishes, so I have received toning laser treatments several times over the past few years. However, the pattern repeats: they are fine for a while, but then flare up again when the seasons change and the sunlight becomes stronger. That is why I am considering Pico Toning, which is said to be a bit more powerful. I have heard that Pico Toning breaks down pigments into smaller particles than conventional toning and is widely used for freckles, blemishes, and tattoos, so I am hoping for more noticeable results.
I would like to know, from a general perspective, whether the effects of Pico Toning are noticeable after just 1 or 2 sessions, or if at least 5 sessions are required to see a definite change in skin tone. The duration of the results is also important. I am curious how many months I should expect the effects to last after a single treatment, or if it is common practice to receive intensive treatments every 2 to 4 weeks initially and then extend the intervals for maintenance. As a working professional, it is difficult for me to visit frequently, but I believe getting Pico Toning treatments once a season would be acceptable. Based on the current condition of my melasma and blemishes, I would like to receive a consultation on how long the results of Pico Toning should last and how many sessions I should aim for.
