How effective is Livihill at relieving internal dryness?

Although my skin has always suffered from severe internal dryness, I didn't usually worry about it much during the sweaty summers. However, perhaps because my skin type is changing with age, the internal dryness on my nose and forehead is extremely severe this year, even though it is summer. I am experiencing patchy makeup around the sides of my nose even in this weather. I really want to address this internal dryness with Livy Heal. For those who have received the treatment, how well does it relieve dryness? Even when I use a hydrating moisturizer, breakouts appear immediately if there is even a little bit of oil, so I usually try to use products that are as oil-free as possible.
