When were you able to start exercising after receiving the collagen booster?
I'm looking into various options to start taking proper care of my skin beginning next month. Since I exercise regularly, I was most curious about how much getting a procedure would affect my daily life.
I've been most interested in collagen boosters lately. Although I've seen a lot of stories about their effectiveness, there aren't as many reviews regarding exercise or lifestyle habits as I expected, so I'm leaving this question.
For those of you who have received a collagen booster, when did you resume exercising, such as going to the gym or running, after the procedure? I am curious about your actual experiences regarding whether a day of rest is sufficient or if it is better to take a break for several days.
I tend to exercise almost every day, so if I have to take a long break, I think I need to adjust my schedule in advance. I've also heard that explanations vary slightly from hospital to hospital, so I wanted to hear actual reviews first.
I am also curious if swelling or redness tends to last a long time after receiving the collagen booster. I would like to know if anyone went straight to work the next day, or if it is noticeable for a few days.
If anyone who exercises frequently has tried a collagen booster, I would be very grateful if you could share when you started exercising and any precautions you took. Even a small experience would be a huge help!!
