Even if I slather on ampoules at home, my forehead is dry. Will getting a Livicol injection make it moisturized? lol

As you can see in my photo, every evening after washing my face, I squeeze out a huge amount of hydrating ampoule and apply it to my forehead and entire face. However, maybe because I get exposed to too much air conditioning, my skin only feels moisturized for a brief moment while I apply it; by the next morning, the dryness deep inside is so severe that it cracks and peels again. It feels like the product is just sitting on the surface, so I realized home care isn't going to work. That's why I'm seriously looking into Revicol, which is said to replenish moisture and collagen deep within the skin! I'm curious if getting Revicol really brings out an inner glow and makes my skin firm and supple, even for someone like me with terrible dehydrated oily skin that dries out no matter how much ampoule I apply. Please leave some real, candid advice from those who have tried it, such as whether the injection is really painful and if the embossing marks disappear after resting over the weekend.
