Is a skin booster effective for replenishing moisture from within?

Lately, I'm worried because my skin is oily on the surface but feels extremely tight underneath. I apply plenty of moisturizer and use face masks frequently, but the effect is only temporary, and it gets dry again after just a short while. My makeup doesn't apply as well as it used to and often looks patchy, so I think I really lack moisture deep within.

People around me are recommending that I try skin boosters, but there are so many types that I don't know which one to choose. There are various names like Rejuran, water glow injections, and exosomes, and while I see many reviews saying they were satisfied, I am curious about how long the effects last and how painful it is.

Which skin booster would be suitable for my skin, which is severely dry from the inside? I would also like to know if I see changes after just one session, or if I need multiple treatments. Since my skin tends to be sensitive, I am also concerned about redness or breakouts lasting a long time after the procedure.

If anyone has actually received a skin booster treatment for internal hydration, please share your honest review. It would be really helpful to hear about your experience, such as whether you were satisfied or if there are any treatments you would recommend.
