I have a pitted scar from squeezing pimples incorrectly when I was young.

From pitted scars from improperly squeezing acne when I was young to marks left by healing wounds of various sizes, traces are scattered all over my face. The scars stand out particularly on my cheeks and around the butterfly zone, resembling an orange peel, making my overall skin texture look very rough and messy. No matter how diligently I apply primer when doing my makeup, the pitted pores don't fill in perfectly; in fact, over time, makeup gets trapped between the scars, making my skin look even worse.

I have consistently applied scar ointment and tried every cosmetic product known for regeneration, but it seems there is a limit to how much new skin can fill in deep, established scars with home care alone.
