Is the satisfaction high even after just one injection of Elavie Rituo?

My skin texture is so rough and dry that I've been worried, so I'm thinking of trying Elavie Rituo, which is a new product that just came out.

Since I am spending the money and time on this, I want to see proper results. I am wondering at what number of sessions it takes to see visible improvements in skin firmness and texture. Is satisfaction generally high after just one session, or do I need to consistently accumulate at least three sessions to achieve smooth texture?

I'm also debating which treatment method to choose. Is it better to spread it evenly over the entire area using a machine injector, or is it more effective to use a manual injection to precisely target the areas that need it most? I'd appreciate your advice.
