My internal dryness is really severe; how long will the effects of Rivicol last?

Since it's summer and I'm exposed to the air conditioning in the office all day, all the moisture deep in my skin has evaporated, and it feels like it's going to crack. ㅠㅠ No matter how much moisturizer I slather on before bed, the next morning my skin is so dry that my makeup looks patchy and the flaking is unbelievable.
