Will the Juvelook effect help with makeup creasing as well?

I am writing to ask if the Juvelook effect helps with makeup creasing. The photo I have was taken so that the pores around my nose and cheeks are clearly visible, and those areas are actually the most bothersome for me when I apply makeup.

Even if I try to apply a thin layer of base in the morning, it feels like it settles into my pores as time goes by, and by the afternoon, my skin looks messy and broken down.
