I have extremely dry skin; is the satisfaction with Rivicol really the best? ㅠㅠ

Since it's summer and I'm exposed to air conditioning all day, all the moisture in my skin has completely evaporated, and my face feels as dry as a desert ㅠㅠ. When I wash my face, it feels like it's going to crack, and when I apply makeup, the dead skin cells around my nose peel off in white flakes, making me look so messy lol. Even slathering on moisturizer doesn't help, so I'm looking for something that fixes inner dryness and replenishes collagen... Livicol I'm looking into it with great interest!
