How effective is Juvelook for dry skin?

Hello! I am an ordinary office worker who is worried because my skin has suddenly become dry and rough.

Lately, even when I spend a lot of time applying makeup in the morning, it starts to cake by the afternoon. My skin is so dry from within that even spraying mist frequently only provides temporary relief.
