My skin texture feels like sandpaper; will Quad Say really be effective? ㅠㅠ

When I looked closely in the mirror, the pores in my butterfly zone have become much wider than before, and the texture of my entire face has become completely rough, like sandpaper ㅠㅠ My foundation cakes every time I do my makeup without primer, so I'm totally stressed out lol.
