My skin is very dry from the inside out. Besides Juvelook, what are the features of Livicol?

Maybe it's because I've been blasting the air conditioner all day lately, but my skin is cracking like a desert and the internal dryness is insanely severe ㅠㅠ Every time I apply makeup, white flakes of dead skin appear around my nose and cheeks, so I look old every time I look in the mirror and I'm dying of stress lol.
