Does Libby Hill recommend dehydrated skin?

I'm leaving a post because I'm curious about what skin type Libbyhill is recommended for. I have a lot of oil around my nose, but my cheeks feel really tight after washing my face, so I'm not even sure if my skin is oily or dry haha.

Over time, my skin becomes oily, yet the texture remains rough, and my pores seem to look wider, making it difficult to figure out how to manage it. Applying too much moisturizer feels stuffy, and I worry about breakouts, but if I apply just a little, my skin feels tight immediately, so it feels like home care alone has its limits. I became interested in the Livy Heal treatment because I heard it helps with skin condition and hydration. Would Livy Heal be recommended for skin like mine, which is oily on the surface but dry underneath?

I am also curious if Libby Heal assesses my skin barrier, oil, and moisture levels during a consultation to determine whether to proceed. I am hoping for naturally less dry, flaky skin and better makeup application. If anyone knows, please let me know!
