Will Libby Heal help with makeup creasing and clogged pores?

I am writing to inquire if the Liviheal treatment might help with makeup creasing and clogging my pores. Lately, even if I apply a sufficient amount of skincare, my makeup looks fine in the morning, but by the afternoon, my cheeks become dry and cakey, and I get a severe feeling that the base is settling into the pores around my nose.

Using primer is okay for a moment, but my skin feels stuffy, and exfoliating often makes my skin even drier the next day, so it's hard to manage.

If the effects of Livy Heal are focused on improving skin hydration and texture, would it be suitable for concerns like mine? I am also wondering if I should expect the treatment to make the skin smoother and reduce makeup creasing, rather than directly shrinking pores.

I would also like to know how many sessions of Libby Heal are needed to feel a difference in my skin finish when applying makeup. My goal is skin that applies makeup comfortably, rather than drastic changes.
