My skin is dry, so I'm looking into Vitaran. Is it worth trying? What is the satisfaction level like?

Lately, my skin has been feeling very tight deep inside and the overall texture has become rough, so I am looking into skin boosters. I heard that Rejuran and others are too painful, so I was looking for painless injections and saw a lot of talk about Vitaran, which has piqued my interest.

I heard that this also uses a salmon injection method, but I'm not really sure if it will actually be effective in relieving inner dryness and refining skin texture. It's not cheap either, so I'm worried that getting Vitaran might just be a waste of money.
