Is Vitaran effective for enlarged pores and rough skin texture?

I am writing to inquire if Vitaran is effective for concerns regarding enlarged pores and rough skin texture. Lately, the pores around my nose and cheeks are more noticeable than before, and my skin surface isn't smooth, so it bothers me every time I apply makeup.

Even if my base looks like it went on well in the morning, by the afternoon, the makeup tends to settle into the pores around my nose and my cheeks look dry and patchy.

I've tried exfoliating and pore masks at home, but they only looked good for a short while, and using them frequently made my skin feel stinging and dry. So I'm looking into Vitaran. Can I understand its effects as refining skin texture and hydration while making pores less noticeable?

I am curious if the Vitaran procedure is also widely recommended for skin that is concerned about both enlarged pores and internal dryness.

I would also like to know if I can feel a change after just one session, and how many sessions are needed to expect realistic satisfaction.
