Can the Vitaran treatment address concerns regarding pores and fine lines at the same time?

I would like to inquire if the Vitaran procedure can manage concerns regarding both pores and fine lines. I do not have deep wrinkles, but the drier my skin becomes, the more fine lines appear under my eyes and around my mouth, and the pores around my cheeks feel more enlarged than before.

I'm not sure if my pores are becoming more prominent because my skin elasticity has decreased, or if my skin texture just looks rough due to a lack of moisture.
