Has anyone tried Vitaran for internal dryness and fine lines? How are the results?

Lately, when I wash my face, it feels so tight that it's practically dry, and my fine lines are so noticeable that it makes me feel really depressed ㅠㅠ. I was searching to see if I should get a skin booster, and I've been seeing quite a few reviews for Vita lately. They say it contains salmon extract PN that really boosts the skin's self-regeneration abilities and replenishes moisture, but I'm actually worried about side effects or downtime with injections. I'm totally conflicted. Will I just be delaying things? lol

I'd be so upset if I got Vitaran for nothing and the injection marks lingered or my internal dryness remained the same ㅠㅠ Has anyone else tried Vitaran? Please share your genuine, honest reviews on whether your complexion really brightens and your skin feels firm so makeup applies better. I've heard so many good things about it, so I'm really curious.
