My face dries completely right after I wash it. How is the effect of Quadsay?

Lately, no matter how much skincare I apply, the inner dryness just won't go away, and whenever I put on cushion foundation, it all cakes and looks cakey. It's so stressful ㅠㅠ. After looking online and reading reviews, it seems like QuadSay care gets the best ratings for deeply replenishing moisture deep within without irritation. I know I should probably read more reviews... They say it uses ultrasound to strengthen the skin barrier, making the skin firm and makeup apply perfectly after the treatment... but I'm worried the hydration might just be temporary and won't last long. I also don't want my skin to become sensitive after getting QuadSay, right? If anyone has recently tried QuadSay themselves, please share your genuine reviews! Haha. I'll be waiting for your advice.
