Is it possible to manage skin dryness and pore concerns caused by air conditioning?

I am writing to inquire because I feel my skin's internal dryness has worsened since I have been living indoors with the air conditioner on all day.

It's fine when I go to work, but by the afternoon, my cheeks and the corners of my mouth feel tight, and the pores next to my nose and inside my cheeks seem much more visible than in the morning.

But strangely enough, oil keeps coming up on my nose, so it doesn't seem like my whole face is dry, and I don't know how to manage it.

Looking at the photo I took myself, there is oiliness and enlarged pores around the nose, and the cheeks look dry and the skin texture appears rough.

I've tried using mist frequently, but it only provides temporary hydration before drying out quickly, and reapplying cream is difficult because of my makeup.

If I live in such an environment, would it be helpful to manage my skin's hydration with a skin booster?

As a working professional, I would like to be able to return to my daily life immediately after the treatment. I am curious about how long the redness or bumps last, and whether I can receive the treatment after work.
