Does using a skin booster help makeup apply better?

My skin has been so dry lately that no matter how meticulously I apply my basic skincare products, my base makeup starts to cake by the afternoon. My makeup doesn't adhere well, especially around my nose and cheeks, so while looking for ways to achieve a smoother finish, I ended up looking into skin boosters.

I've seen many reviews mentioning that the skin becomes more hydrated and glows. I'm curious if I can actually feel a difference when applying makeup. I want to know if the shine is only noticeable immediately after the procedure, or if the skin texture and hydration continue to improve over time.

Also, because of my job, I am concerned about the procedure being too noticeable. I heard that since skin boosters are administered via injection, bruising or redness can occur. I am wondering how many days it usually takes for the skin to clear up. Please also let me know if it would be best to leave some buffer time if I have important appointments or work commitments.
