My skin is sensitive and turns red easily even with regular skincare, so I'm worried if it's okay for me to get a skin booster.
My skin is really picky lol
I'm even afraid to change a single cosmetic product. Even when I use items that others say are gentle, they sting on days when I'm not feeling well, and my cheeks turn red quickly if I wash my face for even a little too long.
So, I wasn't the type to actively seek dermatological care.
The problem is that my skin is sensitive, so it's hard to manage properly, and over time, my skin texture seems to be getting rougher. I've been diligently moisturizing, but it feels like something isn't quite right, so I'm looking into skin boosters.
Reading the reviews, there are a lot of comments saying their skin condition improved, so I'm intrigued, but at the same time, I'm worried first haha;;
Since skin boosters are ultimately applied directly to the skin, would sensitive skin like mine experience much more severe redness or irritation?
Has anyone tried this treatment since their skin tends to turn red easily?
I am most curious about the recovery process rather than the effects. I want to know if redness, which usually subsides in a day or two on normal skin, might last longer on sensitive skin.
I'm also curious if you keep your basic skincare routine very simple for a few days after the procedure. I usually only use toner, serum, and cream, but which products did you temporarily skip right after receiving the skin booster?
Also, I was wondering if there is a way to start with a smaller amount or lower intensity instead of receiving treatment on the whole face from the beginning.
I want to start really cautiously at first because I'm afraid that if I get too greedy and my skin breaks out, it will take even longer to recover.
Conversely, I'm curious if there are any people who had sensitive skin but felt their skin condition actually became more comfortable after consistently using a skin booster.
If there are others like me who worry every time they get a new treatment, please let me know what your first experience with a skin booster was like.
