Would someone with oily skin that feels tight underneath still be satisfied with a skin booster? lol
I still don't know my skin type.
After washing my face in the morning, it feels tight so I can't help but apply cream, but by the afternoon, my forehead and nose get shiny haha. But if I cut back on oily products, my cheeks get dry again.
It is even more difficult in the summer.
Since the weather is hot, oil keeps coming up on my face, but strangely, my skin texture looks rough and dry. When I apply cushion foundation, a peculiar phenomenon occurs at the same time: my nose makeup breaks down and my cheeks look cakey haha;;
So I've tried changing my basic skincare products so many times, but I still haven't found the answer.
In the meantime, I became interested after seeing a story that even dehydrated oily skin uses skin boosters.
However, if using a skin booster improves hydration, could it possibly lead to increased oil production as well?
I'm asking because I'm not very familiar with this part haha
Some people say that their oil-water balance actually improved when their skin became hydrated. For those of you who have actually tried it, what was your experience?
I am really curious to know if anyone has tried a skin booster for skin like mine, where the nose and forehead are oily but the cheeks are dry.
Is there a definite difference between the feeling of hydrated skin and the shiny look after the treatment? I prefer a feeling of comfort deep within the skin rather than a super glossy, watery glow.
I am also wondering if it is okay to receive it in the summer.
I'm worried that getting the procedure in hot weather and sweating a lot might make my skin even more sensitive, so I'm debating if I should just wait until autumn.
Since I tend to exercise frequently, I would also like to know how many days you took a break from working out after receiving the skin booster.
Also, if I have combination or dehydrated oily skin, what areas should I focus on during the consultation? I am wondering if I only need to mention moisture levels, or if I should also discuss both oily and dry areas.
For those of you with similar skin types who have started using skin boosters~~ Did you notice a difference in makeup breakdown or inner dryness?
I'm most curious about whether the skin's condition stays consistent until the afternoon, rather than just getting moisturized haha. Please share your experiences if you've tried it yourself^^
