For those of you who have tried Celle Diem, have you definitely seen improvements in inner dryness or skin texture?

Lately, my skin feels dry and flaky, so my makeup keeps caking whenever I apply it. I've been looking into skin regeneration boosters or laser treatments. I've seen some reviews saying that Celle Diem is good for balancing oil and moisture deep within the skin and increasing skin density.
