I have dry, combination skin. If I get Vitaran, how long will the moisture last?

I was exposed to the air conditioner directly all day, so my face feels completely dry and tight from within; I can actually see fine lines forming around my eyes ㅠㅠ Even after applying a generous amount of moisturizer, it feels like all the moisture has completely evaporated from deep within my skin, and I'm so stressed out lol. Even for someone like me with extreme dehydrated skin—oily on the outside but feeling like it's cracking underneath—will it really fill in that inner glow? ㅠㅠ Does it keep the skin moisturized after just one session? Duration I'd like to know how long it usually lasts lol. Do the dense, stabbing pain all over the face or the embossed bruising disappear quickly?
