My skin is turning into a desert; how scary is the pain from Vitaran? ㅠㅠ

Maybe it's because of the indoor temperature difference, but my face is shiny on the surface while feeling incredibly dry underneath, so the fine lines around my eyes look deeper than before ㅠㅠ No matter how much moisturizer I apply, it feels like it's just sitting on the surface, and I'm so stressed out because I feel like my skin barrier has thinned lol.
