If I apply enough anesthetic cream, would it still be bearable?

Or I'm wondering if the stinging sensation is quite strong on specific parts of the face.

I think I would be especially scared of places with thin skin like the sides of the nose and under the eyes lol

I am also curious whether Vitaran is administered by injecting densely across the entire face, or if there are cases where it is concentrated only on the areas of concern.

Even if it's effective, I think it would be hard for me to get it multiple times if it's too painful, so I'd like to know a realistic level of pain before I start.
