My skin on my cheeks and butterfly zone has enlarged pores and looks like an orange peel. Will it become smooth if I get the Juvelook? ㅠㅠ

Looking closely in the mirror, I can see the pores next to my nose and on both butterfly zones have stretched out vertically, and it’s so upsetting ㅠㅠ. When I apply makeup, the base foundation clumps up in the crevices, making me look much messier and older than my bare face, so I have no motivation to put on makeup anymore haha. I feel like pore-tightening cosmetics have reached their limit, so I’m looking into Juvelook injections because I heard they are so effective at regenerating collagen cells from within to fill in uneven skin texture! However, I heard the pain is hell when they inject it all over the face, one by one, with a manual needle. Is it a level of pain that a scaredy-cat like me can endure if the anesthesia lasts a long time? I’m worried about side effects like lumps or long-lasting bruising ㅠㅠ. Please give me some firsthand advice if you’ve had this done to fill in pore scars ㅠㅠ.
