Can I receive skin texture care even if my skin turns red easily?

I want to get some treatment for my enlarged pores and rough skin texture, but I am a little worried about starting the procedure because my skin is on the sensitive side.
Even if I don't wash my face vigorously, on days when I'm not feeling well, the sides of my nose or cheeks turn red quickly, and sometimes even the cosmetics I usually use feel stinging.
However, the drier and rougher my skin is, the more noticeable my pores become, so it’s hard to just skip any skincare.
Can I receive treatments like skin boosters with this kind of skin? I am also wondering if it is advisable to adequately moisturize or manage the skin barrier first, given that my skin is sensitive, before starting the treatment.
When I receive it for the first time, can we proceed in a way that is less burdensome while monitoring the skin reaction?
I want to improve my skin texture, but I want to avoid the procedure worsening redness or dryness.
