Is laser removal of the small blemish and mole in the middle of my cheek the surest solution?

Every time I look at myself, the small, dark spot right in the middle of my cheek and the fine blemishes really bother me, and it’s driving me crazy ㅠㅠ. Even when I try to dab concealer on them, they don't cover up completely, and my complexion looks a bit dull, so my bare face looks so messy every time I look in the mirror haha. I'm debating if I should take this opportunity to go to a dermatologist and get a laser treatment to get rid of them all cleanly! I heard that lasers are effective and gentle on light blemishes and spots on the cheeks; is the result really guaranteed? I'm a total pain wimp, so I'm wondering if the pain is bearable if I apply numbing cream haha. I also want to know if it takes more than a week for the scabs to subside significantly after the procedure ㅠㅠ. If anyone has successfully gotten rid of pigmentation cleanly, please leave some advice ㅠㅠ.
