My face is extremely dry, feeling like it's going to crack as soon as I wash it. Does Revicol really work well?

Whether it's the weather lately or the indoor air conditioning, I'm in so much pain because my cheeks crack like a desert just three seconds after washing my face due to extreme tightness ㅠㅠ No matter how thickly I apply ampoule or moisturizer, it feels like it just sits on the surface, and seeing fine lines forming deep around my eyes makes me feel depressed to death lol. I heard that Revicol injections are super effective for dry skin because they inject moisture and collagen deep into the skin to build a firm barrier, right? I really want to know if getting Revicol on skin as terribly dry and rough as mine will bring out a subtle inner glow and make makeup apply perfectly ㅠㅠ Please give me some genuine advice on whether the bumps will go down if I rest over the weekend lol.
