I'm worried about my pores, so I'm thinking of getting a treatment.
When I lick under my chin, the texture feels incredibly rough to the fingertips due to hardened, bumpy whiteheads and enlarged pores. Under the light, the area between my eyebrows and below my lips looks uneven and bumpy, so it doesn't feel smooth at all. Even after wiping with an exfoliating pad and rolling with oil, the hard-to-extract sebum plugs don't come out; they just block the pore openings and frequently turn into breakouts. I'm worried that forcibly squeezing them out might just make my pores look worse, so I'm considering getting regular, gentle peeling treatments. I'm wondering if treatments that use a suction device to remove sebum and dissolve dead skin cells provide long-term help with pore cleansing and smoothing out uneven texture, rather than just temporary smoothness. I need tips from those with experience on whether just one session can completely eliminate that rough feeling.
