My skin tone wasn't originally this dull.
I am writing to inquire because my complexion looks dull overall and even dry.
Because the skin base itself is uneven and has fine blemishes and a dark tone
I often hear that I look tired when I'm not wearing makeup...
Even if I try to cover it up with makeup, the dullness felt from deep within isn't easily hidden.
My makeup also feels like it keeps flaking off...!
