I became interested in Pico Toning because there is a difference between my neck and face. How is the satisfaction level?

Lately, my skin tone feels patchy and dull, to the point where there is a noticeable difference between my neck and face. It’s actually quite stressful. No matter how many new cushion foundations I buy and try to apply, the base just sits on the surface, so I became interested in Pico Toning, which is said to fundamentally even out skin tone.

I heard that it uses shorter wavelengths than conventional toning and precisely breaks down pigments into particles. Is the irritation and heat sensation minimal enough to allow for the treatment without anesthetic cream?

For those of you who have received Pico Toning to improve your skin tone, how many sessions does it usually take to see clear skin enough to go without foundation? I would also appreciate it if you could let me know if the slight redness that occurs on the same day subsides quickly.
