I do not mean that I currently have photos of the procedure; rather, I would like to fully understand the explanation regarding the use of medical records and photos before the consultation.
If I have before-and-after photos taken at Maypure, can I receive a separate explanation regarding consent for storage for medical treatment and progress tracking, as well as for use for other purposes? I would also like to know where I can receive information regarding the scope of the shoot, the retention period, and who can view the photos. I would also like to know if capturing the entire face is mandatory and if recording focused areas is possible.
Also, could I receive advance guidance on the scope and method of delivery when submitting photos prepared at home as consultation materials?
