My makeup cakes because of internal dryness. I'm curious about the difference between Livihill and Celle Diem.

Lately, when I put on makeup in the morning and go out, by lunchtime my cheeks and the sides of my nose turn completely white and cakey. My skin feels oily on the surface, but it feels incredibly tight underneath.
The photo was taken from the front, so you will be able to see the pores next to the nose and the texture on the cheeks.
I've tried switching moisturizers, but the effect is only temporary, so I'm looking into skin boosters! I saw that Maypure has Liviheal and Celle Diem, and I'm wondering which one is better for inner dryness. I'm also curious if they help with pores or skin texture.
I would like to know if the embossing marks can be covered with makeup when I go to work the next day, and when I can start wearing makeup.
I'm also wondering if I can get this treatment along with the acne scar treatment I asked about last time. My cheeks feel tighter after I remove my makeup in the evening. Please let me know if anyone knows!
