I have men's skin that feels fine on the outside but is tight underneath. Could I get a consultation on skin boosters?

As the weather gets colder, my face feels tight immediately after washing it. It looks shiny on the outside, but I constantly feel like it is dry underneath.
I used to manage with just lotion, but even though I apply cream these days, the corners of my mouth and cheeks still feel dry and rough by the afternoon. It's even worse on days I shave.
While researching skin boosters, I came across types like Rejuran Healer and Livi Heal. I am curious if men's skin is selected based on the same criteria. If it is my first time, I would also like to know how many sessions are typically required and how the intervals are scheduled.
I would like to ask if the embossing marks will be noticeable when I go to work after the procedure, and when I can start shaving.
It seems to have gotten worse since the office started using the heater. Aside from the procedure, I would appreciate it if you could let me know if there are any daily care changes I can try. I will take your response into consideration.
